Army of Dakrness Defense is the iOS game from Backflip studios that puts you in the shoes of the smart-mouthed S-Mart salesman Ash J. Williams. As the name suggests, AoD is a defense game where you can “summon” various troops or use Ash himself to defend the Necronomicon from the arms of the army of the dead.

Sadly the game was rejected and Spot Cat Studios had to shift to a different game repository for the game to be enjoyed by millions of iphone, ipad or Itouch users. The skirt flipping action game is now available at Cydia so players who have Cydia enabled could visit and get the game for free!

I was among the hundreds of thousands who were more than thrilled when the full version of Rovio Mobile’s Angry Birds hit the app stores a few months ago. Since then I’ve been hooked at destroying pens, igloos and furiously fighting alongside the angry birds to get their precious revenge. Poor poor pigs. They have been crashed upon, bombed and blown to smithereens countless times in my quest to beat the game. Alas, I’m only halfway through.
