Brand Manager
The position is primarily responsible for overall management of the brand Game X, including setting of long-term brand direction, strategic planning and execution of communication plans and promos geared toward acquisition, usage and retention of users. As Brand Manager, he/she will be the champion of his/her brand and will take full responsibility of setting the direction for the brand’s position in the market.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Management, Marketing or any related business courses
- At least 1-3 yrs experience as a brand or product manager for fast-moving consumer goods, advertising, retail, telecommunications or related business
- Can craft marketing plans, familiar with reading and interpreting P&L statements
- Willing to travel and engage in field work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, results-oriented, people-oriented
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Team player; having had the opportunity of heading a team, of whatever size, is a plus
- Computer savvy, must be proficient in MS office
- Not more than 30 years old

Community Manager
The Community Manager functions as the main line connecting the gaming community with the game and brand. He/she liaises, communicates, enforces, administers and coordinates with the different avenues available with the game to ensure that all acquisition and retention efforts are on track with the goals set by the brand manager.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Management, Marketing or any related business courses
- Must have a passion for gaming
- With excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Filipino
- Knowledgeable in desktop applications especially in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- With the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Organized and has a high regard for detail
- Proactive and highly analytical

Project Officer
The Project Officer’s overall role & responsibility is to ensure all projects assigned to him/her will be planned and implemented exactly and promptly as per requirements of all concerned parties, especially the Project Sponsor. Part of his/her job is to implement the methodologies and standards for the department and organization, create a project management plan, monitor progress regularly and conduct risk management analysis to ensure the timeliness of each work. He/she shall also create and review all project documentation and will assist users with and facilitate the specification, analysis & economic justification of the project needs to ensure clear, complete, cohesive, attainable and financially justifiable business.
Qualifications:
- A college degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledgeable in Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Communication, Risk and Procurement Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Average knowledge of all standard industry software packages and operating systems
- Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results

Applications Developer
The Applications Developer is responsible for internal and external IT solutions and website development. He/she will be expected to plan, research, develop logic, code, test and deploy several web projects with minimal assistance. He/she must be knowledgeable to build web application from the ground up using .NET, as well as, modify and build on existing code.
Competencies/Skills Required:
- 3+ years of development on ASP.NET
- 2+ years experience with C#
- Any middleware development experience is a HUGE plus
- Experience working on SQL Server 2000/2005
- Comprehensive understanding of JAVA, PHP, MySQL, XML, XHTML, Linux, Apache
- Has experience on debugging codes
- Can write code from pseudo code or verbal instructions
Other Qualifications:
- Male or Female, not more than 35 years old
- Graduate of Information Technology or any IT-related course
- Proactive and highly analytical
- With good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills

Gameplay Specialist
The Chinese Translator/ Gameplay Specialist’s responsibility is to translate documents, conduct research, write reports and provide other services that require the expertise of being able to converse / read the Chinese language. He/she will also conduct quality assurance for new games, as well as, provide game support and updates to various brands that he/she will handle.
Qualifications:
- Must have good Chinese (Fookien or Mandarin) and English written and verbal skills
- Must possess well rounded knowledge and strong passion for online games
- Must be capable of critical thinking and must be good in doing data analysis
- Must have working knowledge of in-game scripts
- Responsible and proactive

Customer Support Agent
The Customer Service Agents serve as the direct point of contact for customers. They are responsible for ensuring that customers receive adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year college course
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Team player and customer service-oriented

Desktop Support Engineer
The Desktop Support Engineer’s primary role is to guarantee the 24×7 delivery/availability of all ICT services and applications, particularly by solving all ICT-related problems the quickest time possible.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-5year course preferably Computer Engineering, ECE or EE
- Must be proficient with the use of computers
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in similar field although Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Familiar with hardware and software troubleshooting, system, network and database administration
- Familiar with Microsoft’s various technology/applications, preferably with background on Linux
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Must be a team player

Sales Executive
The Sales Executives are responsible for the installation of games and collaterals. They execute and coordinate trade activities/events, and conduct promotion and selling to target market.
Pooling for the following areas:
- NCR
- Northern Luzon (Regions 1 & 2)
- Central Luzon (Regions 3 & 4)
- Southern Luzon (Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon Province, Laguna, Bicol)
- Visayas (Cebu, Ilo-Ilo, Bacolod)
- Mindanao (CDO, Davao, SOCSARGEN, Zamboanga)
Qualifications:
- Male/Female between 20 to 28 years old
- College graduate/College level
- Knowledgeable in basic computer applications
- Must be a team player
- Must be self-disciplined and with good attitude
