Patriot was present at COMPUTEX 2024, showcasing its groundbreaking existing products with a bit of new ones. From fast DDR5 memory modules to high-performance Gen5 SSDs, the company’s presence at the event was indeed full of surprise and shock.
Headlining Patriot’s COMPUTEX 2024 showcase is the Viper Xtreme DDR5, featuring speeds of up to 8,200 MT/s and an impressive 11,500 MT/s when overclocked.
Patriot also teamed up with MSI to bring forth its Viper Xtreme 5 RGB DDR5 MPOWER Series, which is designed for both gamers and overclockers. It can deliver speeds of up to 8,000 MT/s, and is available in capacities up to 48GB. It also features aluminum heatspreader, and its customizable RGB lighting makes room for styling that can be synchronized across components.
Storage Solutions
Aside from memory, Patriot also showcased its Gen5 SSDs on its show floor. First on the list is the Viper PV573 Gen5 x4 NVMe SSD with sequential read/write performance of 14,000/12,000MB/s. It comes with a blower fan design for active cooling, sandwiched between two thermal pads and encased in aluminum alloy casing. This SSD is available in capacities of up to 4TB. There’s also the Viper PD573, which is a DRAMless Gen5 SSD capable of speeds of up to 14,000/12,000 MB/s sequential read/write speeds. It’s available in capacities of up to 16TB.
Patriot also displayed several thumb drives, with capacities going up to 1TB such as the products in the Xporter and Rage series. For users who need a portable device for their phone, there’s the iLuxe Cube that can automatically backup and restore data to simplify the process.
