Mortal Kombat Legacy, the on-going 9 episode web series retelling the MK mythos is now at episode 3. This episode focuses on the martial arts superstar Johny Cage and how he fits into Mortal Kombat. Electric Playground host, Victor Lucas also makes a cameo which serves as the episodes “prologue” into Johny’s life.
I must say that I like their take on Johny Cage making him more “real” considering his old reincarnations to the live-action scene. In fact I liked how they incorporated his signature move into the episode. Of course that’s as much as I’d be willing to spoil you guys so you can just watch it now.
