Abylight Studios has released a free native update for SOMA on Nintendo Switch 2, giving anyone who owns Frictional Games’ psychological horror title on Switch access to a version built specifically for the new console. Originally released for PC in 2015 and holding a Metacritic score of 84, SOMA arrives on Switch 2 in what Abylight calls a complete and optimized version of the game.
SOMA’s Switch 2 update is free for owners in the USA, Europe, and most other regions. Japanese eShop users will be charged a 100 yen fee. The update is available to players who own the game in either digital or physical format.
