If you allow for game customization, then you need to make sure that said customization caters to a wide range of different diversities. People are going to feel much more inclined to stay on your game if they can identify with the character that they are playing as. If your game does not have a customization section, then make sure that a lot of the non-playable characters represent a wide range of diversity.
Ensure That Players Are Held Accountable
Obviously, the games that women play vary from person to person, but one particular genre that is very popular are simulation and turn-based games. These games usually have a very committed audience. As such, developers of these games are going to need to ensure that they are creating a positive and open community that means people are much happier to stick around and continue playing. This means making players accountable as if they are not, then you tend to find that poor behavior and toxicity throughout the community reign.
