Atlus’ Persona 4, is considered by the many as one of the best Japanese RPGs ever for its upbeat visual style, a very intruiging plot, and characters who attempt to find themselves in midst of a mysterious murder case (and don’t forget the fanservice and very random off-topic scenes!). While an anime adaptation of this beloved game is still on the works, we just received reports (or I just saw a bunch of posts from my tumblr dashboard) that a mysterious Persona-related site simply popping out of nowhere. Dive into the site here.
… Just your Yellow Background, and the web address shifted into a perspective. Smells like Persona 4, alright.
Then again, there were reports of Atlus planning to release games in for the 3DS: A Devil Survivor Port (Which just game out, by the way), an official Shin Megami Tensei game, and a Persona game.
Crossing out the fact that Persona 3 and Persona 2: Innocent Sin already have Portable Versions in the PSP, we might assume that the upcoming site might possibly be the incredibly hyped Persona 4 Portable. I might be wrong though, it may also be a sequel/prequel/spinoff to the Persona series.
So, to follow all those more famous reviewers behind me, I have to view the page source to seek a few clues.
…
Nothing. Just a coming soon. You won this round, Atlus. This round. Might as well have to wait for your revelation. Glad you did tease us again.
Though what kind of game will be behind the yellow backdrop? Comment away~
UPDATE as of August 31: The mysterious game has been revealed as Persona 4: The Golden for PlayStation Vita (No love for the 3DS fans, forshame.) . The game apparently is in ways like Persona 3 FES and Portable with improved graphics and more voices, online features (like asking for other people’s help in dungeons), a secret new event 2 years after P4’s timeline, and a few new characters. Another news is about Persona 4 Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena, which is 2-D fighting game that will be released in Japanese arcades and PS3/XBOX360 as well.
Also, the much-awaited Persona 5 is also teased and revealed. Rejoice Atlus Lovers, it’s your year in 2012… or 2013!
UPDATE as of September 1: The Mysterious Website has been opened as the “Persona Portal”. Â Well, that’s about it.

I disagree, but I respect your opinion.
I have a ton of friends who say that. I just don’t feel like saying my true feelings of Persona 4 in fear of fans tearing me apart if I ever do.
I only like Eternal Punishment.
That was a good game.
In my opinion, Persona 3 (FES/Portable) and Persona 2 Eternal Punishment were the best games of the series…
Like Thearbee said, I don’t feel like saying my true feelings of Persona 4 in fear of fans tearing me apart if I ever do…
Maybe this is just something related to the anime adaptation of Persona 4…
There are already two websites covering Persona 4 the Animation (The official one, and the MayonakaTV/Mindnight Channel teaser one), so I doubt it’s gonna be another P4:A site.
P1 I have yet to play, P2 was good, P3 was good, The Answer was a little off for me, and P3P was good.
