Allods Online Philippines Shuts Down Operations This December

Following the shutting down of international game TinierMe, Level Up! Games announces the closure of it’s space-faring MMORPG Allods Online. The release that was posted on the Level Up! site. The reasons behind the shutting down of the game has not been disclosed but it’s already common knowledge within the MMO community that the Allods online has been experiencing a floundering user base (while the international servers were already facing terrible response from it’s fan base a year before).

So here’s another farewell to another game that had potential but floundered due to to poor decisions on the developer level.

Dear Allods Online Community,

With the intention of refocusing our efforts, Level Up/ Playweb Games Inc. have decided to discontinue the operation of Allods Online in the Philippines. In line with this, we will be shutting down Allods Online Philippinesรขโ‚ฌ™ service on December 15, 2012.

Itรขโ‚ฌ™s been a pleasure serving you all, and we would like to send our sincerest thanks to everyone who supported and played Allods Online Philippines.

We had a blast! We enjoyed all the events and memories we had with you, our dearest Allods PH community. But sadly, all good things have to come to an end.

We urge you to take the time to read the rest of this announcement for a few brief, but important notes, which include the return of your unused Allods Perrah and a special in-game package from Eligium Philippines.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON UNUSED PERRAHร‚ย 

On December 1, 2012, all remaining Perrah in your game account will be converted back to LU! Credits on your MyLevelUp! account. This includes ALL game accounts with Allods Perrah. Please note that the conversion rate is 10 Perrah to 1 LU! credit.

EXCLUSIVE ELIGIUM WELCOME PACKAGE

As our way of showing our appreciation, we have prepared a welcome package for Allods players who wish to try out Eligium, our newest MMORPG.

  • From November 21 to December 16, 2012, Allods players may now รขโ‚ฌล“รขโ‚ฌหœtagรขโ‚ฌย their Allods account to their Eligium account to get a package.
    • For players without Eligium accounts:
    1. Under the same My LU as their Allods account, create an Eligium account
    2. Enter the game, select server and create a character.
    • Please check back on Nov. 21 for the link.
  • For players who with Eligium accounts:
  1. Eligium account and Allods account must be in the same My LU account.
  • Please check back on Nov. 21 for the link.
  • Please note that whatever information you enter is final; and changes will not be entertained.
  • You have until December 16, 11:59 PM to tag your accounts.
  • Players who are unable to tag their Allods account with their Eligium account within the specified time period will not be eligible to claim the welcome package.
  • On December 18, 2012 after Eligiumรขโ‚ฌ™s regular weekly maintenance, you may claim your gift. The Eligium welcome package contains the following
  • 1 pc. Mount Egg
    50 pcs. 1.3* Experience Rune
    1 pc. Dracula Outfit (30 days)
    1 pc. Sky Insignia
    1 pc. Small Mechanical Squid
    50 pcs. Restoration Oil
    999 pcs. Large Bundle of Healing (Large)
    999 pcs. Large Bundle of Mana Potion (Large)

    *** IMPORTANT NOTE: All items in the welcome package are UNTRADEABLE.

    CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONCERNSร‚ย 

    Effective November 19, 2012, all Allods support requests will no longer be processed. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Player Offense
    • Bug Reports
    • In-game Prize Follow-up

    All questions concerning the credit returns and bonus package will be entertained until February 18, 2012.

     

    IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

    In line with the closure of Allods Online Philippines, kindly take note of these important dates:

    • Nov. 15 รขโ‚ฌโ€œ New account registration for Allods Online will be disabled.
    • Nov. 21 รขโ‚ฌโ€œ Tagging of Allods account to Eligium.
    • Nov. 29 รขโ‚ฌโ€œ Conversion of LU! Credits to Allods Perrah on MyLevelUp! will be disabled.
    • Dec. 3 รขโ‚ฌโ€œ Item Mall will no longer be accessible.
    • Dec. 3 รขโ‚ฌโ€œ Unused Perrah will be converted back to LU! Credits on your MyLevelUp! account.
    • Dec. 14 รขโ‚ฌโ€œ Forums, website and fan pages will be closed.
    • Dec. 15 รขโ‚ฌโ€œ Allods Online PH servers will be permanently shut down.
    • Dec. 18 รขโ‚ฌโ€œ Claiming of Eligium Welcome Package

    Again, thank you very much for choosing Allods Online Philippines. Although this is the end of a chapter in your online game adventures, we hope to still be part of your journey as you continue playing our other game titles.
