ARCTIC has announced MX-7, its latest thermal interface material designed for a wide range of use cases, from traditional desktop CPUs to more demanding direct-die applications on GPUs, laptops, and console processors. Featuring a new formula with lower thermal resistance, MX-7 delivers measurable performance gains while remaining non-electrically conductive and non-capacitive, eliminating the risk of short circuits during installation.
MX-7 uses a high-viscosity compound that spreads evenly under mounting pressure rather than manual application, helping ensure consistent contact. ARCTIC also highlights improved cohesiveness to reduce pump-out effects over repeated thermal cycles, making it suitable for long-term use. The paste ships in a redesigned syringe and includes ARCTIC’s Authenticity Check for product verification. MX-7 is now available through ARCTIC’s webshop, major online retailers, and selected partners, with pricing starting at €6.49 depending on package size. Check with your local distributor or favorite dealers for local pricing.

Neat. I challenge you to post actual thermal conductivity (W/(m*K)). The it works good is nice but I’ve seen too many ceramic based pastes acting as an insulator with worse thermals than airgap/metal to metal.
