Best AAA video Games for Students

  1. Ghost of Tsushima

Ghost of Tsushima is one of the upcoming games that Sucker Punch Production intends to release on July 17, 2020, for Play Station 4 (PS4). The game will feature an open world for players to explore without the guidance objectives. It will explore the story of Jin Sankai, one of the last samurai on Japan’s Tsushima during a Mongol invasion. Players will have to master the moves of the Ghost to free Japan from the oppression of Mongols. News about the game officially broke in 2017 during Paris Games Week but has spent the last two years cloaked in mystery until recently when Punch Production announced its official release date. Although the game involves acts of violence, it is educative to mature students aged 17 years and above. Students playing this game will learn about the Mongol invasion of Japan and how the war shaped the country.

Marvel Avengers is another video game among the top upcoming games of 2020. It is a next action-adventure video game published by Square Enix and core developed by Eidos-Montreal and Crystal Dynamics.  The game follows the superhero team, the Avengers of the Marvel Comics.  Rumors about the release of the new Avengers game have been swirling around for months. At the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2019 (E3 2019), Square Enix made a big announcement about one of its new games 2020, which will be out on September 4, 2020.  Marvel’s Avengers game is among the best video games for students because it enlightens students about superhero characters, which is significant in literature lessons.

Deathloop is an impending action-adventure video game that Arkane Studios is about to release for PS5 and windows. Apparently, the game is about two assassins called Jules and Captain trying to murder each other while caught in a time loop in an inexplicable Island called ‘‘Blackreef’’. The released trailer gives players a hint at the vibe of the game. From Bethesda’s E3 press conference, we learned that the game will combine a mind-bending story with painstakingly developed levels that Arkane is famous for. Arkane Lyon studio is busy developing the game, but, unfortunately, no one has any idea of its specific release date. However, the audience expects a game with supernatural powers, fights, and a strange world to explore.

  1. Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk is one of the most anticipated video games coming out in 2020 that CD Projekt expects to release on November 19, 2020, for PS4, Windows, and Xbox One.  Adapted from a cyberpunk franchise, the story occurs in dystopian Night City, an open world with six different regions. Rumors have it that the game will tell the story of V, a character situated in Night City, California. V can acquire hacking and machinery skills as well as an armory and melee combat options. With boisterous businesses and a bunch of criminals fighting for control of the city, the region is now out of control with robots, homelessness, and imperious laws. Settings of the game occur in a dystopian future where the lines between human and artificial intelligence become indistinct more than ever. Aside from these, the producers have not revealed much about the game, and as November release gets close, much about the Cyberpunk 2077 will come to light.

Spelunky 2 is a pending adventure video game developed and published by Mossmouth. The game follows the axiom, ”if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” maintaining the addictive gameplay that features a two-dimensional platform consisting of deadly traps and full inventive enemies. The new game will enable the student to bond with friends to break their boredom.  Much information has not reached fans since Mossmouth announced last year the gameplay would delay. However, fresh details have emerged that the production is ongoing, and fans expect a further announcement about the release date soon. Content-wise, Derek Yu, the company owner, said that one of his goals with the new game is to make fans feel more like an individualized adventure.

  1. Psychonauts

The announcement about Psychonauts 2 took place during the 2015 Game Awards ceremony and is set for release this year.  This game will be a third-person platform video game that resembles its predecessor. The original game was somehow cult classic that gained positive reviews from the players, who saw it as fun, imaginative, original, and relentlessly witty. After over a decade since the debut of the first adventure, funs are yet to receive a second version of Psychonauts. The game promises more fanciful and vibrant mental mindscapes. It will control the character Raz, a new Psychonaut with extraordinary supernatural abilities as he examines other’s minds.

Ooblets is a new life simulation video game developed and published by Glumberland. The Studio released the game on July 15, 2020, for Microsoft Windows. Generally, Oobles has unbridled cuteness with characteristics of an adorable game.  These include the cuddly creatures and turn-based Pokemon battles, the rich farming simulation of Stardew Valley, and the interior decorations accompanied by the vibrant color scheme of Animal Crossing.  From the appearance, the video game looks attractive and exciting. Every player would want to spend most of their time playing Ooblets.   1. Vampire: The Masquerade- Bloodlines 2

It is an upcoming action-role playing video game awaiting its release in 2020. Developed by inExile Entertainment and published by Deep Silver, the wasteland will follow the story of a surviving member of a group known as Team November.  The initial release date was May 19, 2020, but due to COVID 19, Deep Silver delayed it to August 28, 2020.

Funs expected to have already received these videos, but due to COVID 19, most publishers have cleared the air urging the video-game lovers to be patient.
