Elgato, the content creator-focused arm of Corsair, is expanding far beyond its traditional deskbound territory. Under its new “Stream Deck Everywhere” initiative, Elgato revealed a lineup of modular, integrative, and software-powered solutions to put Stream Deck control anywhere — including your own DIY projects, remote workflows, and even your mouse.

This initiative introduces four major product expansions that mark a pivotal shift in how Elgato sees its ecosystem — now targeting not just creators, but makers, devs, gamers, and productivity pros looking to control everything.

Stream Deck Module: Bring It to Your Project

For the first time, Elgato is officially offering barebones Stream Deck Modules — industrial-grade versions of its familiar 6-, 15-, and 32-key variants, ready to embed into your custom PC builds, control panels, or even machines. These modules come in durable aluminum frames and support full Stream Deck software compatibility, plus open documentation for deep integration.

Stream Deck Network Dock: Untethered & IP-Ready

The Stream Deck Network Dock allows Stream Deck devices to go remote, extending control surfaces over Ethernet (PoE and non-PoE supported). Mountable and standalone, the dock enables deployment in production racks, broadcast rooms, or behind displays where USB routing is impractical. IP configuration is handled natively on the device.

Virtual Stream Deck: Control on Any Screen

Stream Deck now lives in software. Virtual Stream Deck (VSD) enables drag-and-drop button interfaces on your desktop — triggered by mouse click, hotkey, or touchscreen. Initially exclusive to Stream Deck owners and certain Corsair peripherals (like the Xeneon Edge monitor and Scimitar Elite Wireless SE mouse), the feature will roll out to more devices across the Elgato and Corsair ecosystem.

Scimitar Elite Wireless SE: A Mouse with Stream Deck DNA

As part of this deep integration push, Corsair’s new Scimitar Elite Wireless SE mouse now supports native Stream Deck key mappings through Virtual Stream Deck. Its 12-button Key Slider can be assigned plugin commands, app shortcuts, or workflow macros — making it not just an MMO mouse, but a control station for power users.

This is Corsair and Elgato’s first real hardware synergy since integration began, and a sign of what’s to come.

“With Virtual Stream Deck, you can summon even more control without lifting your hand,” said Julian Fest, GM at Elgato. “It doesn’t just control your games — it controls your entire setup.”

New Scissor Keys Options for Elgato Stream Decks

Elgato is also introducing a Stream Deck variation featuring scissor keys that give a tactile feel when pressed. The new keys feature an obvious deeper ring on the LCD buttons but give a more satisfying, tactile feel when pressed for users that want that kind of experience when using their Stream Deck.
