Nowadays, most electronics store, if not all, are implementing “7 days replacement policy”. Most of you surely have experienced this and if not, please do comment what stores are you guys buying from that doesn’t slap you with this kind of policy.
Now, during ESGS 2018, we were fortunate enough that we got to chat with the owners of Hardware Sugar. The store is founded by two brothers that are licensed attorneys and also run various businesses in the country.
According to the founders, they decided to start the store with a concept in mind that gaming unites people.
What Makes Them Different?
What makes Hardware Sugar different from other stores is their comprehensive warranty policy. According to them, they offer “No BS warranty“. Which means that their items (with the rare exception) have a 1-year warranty. If it breaks, simply bring the item that you bought from them and they will repair/replace/refund the item within 14 days. They do not require the packaging or the original boxes upon claiming of warranty.
