As announced by Riot Games, there will be a two-day live beta period of the new queue system called Team Builder.
Team Builder is where you would pick a Champion and a role that you want to play before hand. Then, you would be inserted into a queue where you would pick other players who have done the same and build your own team as captain, or you yourself would be picked on to a team picked by a different captain.
This new system was made in order to promote teamwork and avoid fighting for roles, which more often than not, causes many games to be lost. Each region will experience the Team Builder live beta for 2 days starting with the RU and EUNE regions for the week of March 3-7 through a staggered roll-out.
