As with its previous releases, GIGABYTE is now releasing a smaller version of its GTX 1070 featuring a 6.7″ PCB and single fan cooler intended for ITX systems. The new GIGABYTE GTX 1070 Mini ITX OC features the same 8GB VRAM and GPU as its full-size brothers but sports a more conservative 1746Mhz Boost clock in OC mode and a 1721Mhz Boost clock in gaming mode.
This card still sports faster clocks than the reference GTX 1070 despite being almost 50% the size of the reference card. As mentioned, the card still features support for both OC mode and Gaming mode that can be accessed via the dedicated Gigabyte software utility. The card is cooled by a single-fan cooler attached via three copper heat pipes. Output displays include a single HDMI and a single DisplayPort interface with two dual-link DVI ports also present. The card sports a single 8-pin PCIe power connector.
