GIGABYTE brought an award-winning AI gaming laptop lineup to COMPUTEX 2026, but the throughline across all of it is GiMATE, the company’s in-house AI agent, which picked up a substantial set of updates this year.
AORUS MASTER 16 and the Lineup
Leading the showcase is the AORUS MASTER 16, a COMPUTEX 2026 Best Choice Award winner and GIGABYTE’s flagship for extreme performance. It pairs an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU in an ultra-slim 19mm chassis, with MUX Switch support for direct GPU control and WINDFORCE INFINITY EX cooling rated to sustain up to 230W of system power during long sessions. Joining it are the GIGABYTE AERO X16 Copilot+ PC, a Red Dot Design Award winner built around an RTX 5070 Laptop GPU with 12GB of VRAM and aimed at creation and multitasking with DLSS 4.5, and the GIGABYTE GAMING A16 PRO, positioned for gaming and AI computing. All three run on RTX 50 Series Laptop GPUs and the latest GiMATE suite.

What’s New in GiMATE
The app side is where GIGABYTE put real work this year. GiMATE gains RGB Fusion 3.0, headlined by a new RGB Music Mode that syncs lighting in real time with gameplay or cinematic content, along with AI Visual, a set of scenario-based display presets including Cinema, Racing/FPS, and E-paper modes. An enhanced Customize Mode lets users balance performance against power, exposing real tuning controls: SPL, SPPT, and FPPT on AMD chips, PL1 and PL2 on Intel, and GPU overclocking. The most forward-looking addition is GiMATE Creator, developed with NVIDIA, which uses NVIDIA NVFP4 quantization to speed up local generative AI on RTX 50 Series Laptop GPUs, with GIGABYTE citing the FLUX.2-klein image model running up to 180% faster than before.
