While many have been busy still enjoying the existing content of Grand Theft Auto V via the GTA Online component of the game, many are still hungry for plenty of DLC action and the Executives and Other Criminals DLC while adding plenty of content still doesn’t deliver some of the pieces that players love from the earlier series installments. Fans of GTA San Andreas will remember plenty of gambling action but even in that game we didn’t have the entire casino experience wherein the Poker and Craps table where taken out and if you don’t know how to play there’s little info to on by for the games available. If you’re interested, you can browse the net and find primers like one here for you to learn how to play craps.
Last month, news cropped up from a tip by Funmw2, a well-known GTA tipster, that the new GTA V expansion will be the Casino DLC. Funmw2 further commented in the forums that the Casino DLC will be available for both single and multiplayer modes of Grand Theft Auto V. Fans speculate that the Casino DLC is intended to present a more realistic experience and the games that fans hope to be included are horse racing, roulette, craps and lottery.
To further add fuel to this rumor, there is a casino building in GTA V with a banner saying COMING SOON. Speculations peg the Casino DLC to arrive at the first half of 2016.
We do feel that this DLC comes at the heels of potential GTA VI release information that could possibly lead to either portions of this DLC eventually making its way to the new game but as fans still demand it on GTA V, Rockstar will hopefully deliver and give them what they want. PC players specifically have a fresher feel of the game as console versions of GTA V arrived earlier with the PC version becoming available much, much later to a stellar reception.
