The official site for GUST‘s last Atelier game set in Arland is now open.
Past midnight, the official site for Atelier Meruru: The Alchemist of Arland 3 has been unveiled with the first details regarding its main characters, Meruru, Totori and Rorona and other game details.
First announced earlier this month on aรย Dengeki PlayStation event, the game features a new lead character Meruru, an apprentice of 19-year-old Totori from the second game. Rorona from the first game is also featured, but in a much younger form. The game will be set in a country called Earles, a departure from the first two where both are set in Arland.
The new game is said to have a much better graphical presentation than its predecessors. Along with an improved alchemy system, it will also feature a world-development system where the player’s actions can affect the land. Atelier Meruru gets to keep the original voice actresses for Totori (Kaori Nazuka) and Rorona (Maii Kadowaki). Meruru’s voice is yet to be revealed. The game is billed as ‘Princess รโ Maid รโ Butler’ during its announcement and Dengeki scans say they will be tackled in next week’s issue.
It is set for a 23 June release in Japan.
As of writing there is still no news on the NA release date forรย Atelier Totori.
