We drop by the MSI booth at this year’s Computex and here’s a quick rundown on what we saw in their booth especially the new products from both the notebooks and components division. Let’s start off with the hotly anticipated custom-cooled graphics card based on the new NVIDIA Pascal GPU with MSI debuting a whole new line of Gaming series graphics cards with custom cooling for both the GTX 1080 and GTX 1070.
A GAMING series GTX 1070 is also on show in the booth. Final specs on these are yet to be announced.
MSI also showcases new motherboard models including upgraded Titanium and Carbon models.
MSI Notebook introduces some of their new products as well with one of the highlights being the upgraded and more streamline gaming dock for the GS40. The new dock is around 1/3 the size of the original box-like dock and allows using full-sized discrete GPUs with compatible notebooks like the GS40 Phantom. MSI also showcases their new workstation class notebooks built for demanding professional work.
We’ll be going back to the MSI booth to cover more of the stuff they have on their booth so check back with us.
