The hype for Intel’s Coffee Lake lineup is building steadily with lots of rumors and speculations popping from unconfirmed sources. Some publications have went out with exaggerated claims with no basis but a few confirmed sources have been spotted but seems like the most credible source we can get has just been spotted in PH with PCHUB listing the Core i7 8700K, Core i7 8700, Core i5 8600K, Core i5 8400 and Core i3 8100 prices in their online pricelist.
As of this writing, the price list is still intact and can be viewed here.

Based from the pricing given by PCHub, the pricing marginally increased as compared to the 7th and 6th gen processors when they were first launched. This is the first time that a mainstream flagship processor reached the Php 20,000 mark. This could most likely be due to the increase in the exchange rate of USD to PHP.

Will wait for the gaming benchmarks I guess. And price-to-performance ratio. But this looks promising.
