Eroge publisher JAST USA has big plans for AX 2011, America’s biggest anime convention. It’s time to support JAST USA‘s localizations of nitro+ games!
After their golden master release of Deus Machina Demonbane, JAST USA is pumping out more nitro+ ADV games. In fact, they’re bringing in five, with assistance from fan translator group tlwiki. So what games are they planning to release?
Saya no Uta is the story of a deranged medical student whose only resort from his wicked, twisted or abominable perspective of the world is a beautiful and intelligent young lady named Saya. Can Saya help him from his terrible condition or will she be the reason for his spiral into madness?
Kikokugai: The Cyber Slayer is set in a world were human ability can be enhanced through cybernetic augmentation and crime is rampant at every corner, it features the life of an assassin out for revenge for his little sister who was disgraced by members of his former syndicate. Written by Gen Urobuchi of Puella Magi ☆Madoka Magica fame, Kikokugai is one of the nitro+ essentials.
Hanachirasu is set in an alternative history were Japan lost the war but wasn’t nuked. Fast forward to the 21st Century, the sword is the most preferred weapon of an isolated, corrupt Tokyo. Akane Takeda wants his rival dead at any cost, even in the midst of this dystopia.
Sumaga: Star Mine Girl is described as a “Life Revenge Adventure” game from the team that later brought Axanael, whose story revolves around an amnesiac young man, finding himself falling from the sky only to be saved by a bunch of witches riding in broomsticks. He is then resurrected by God with the command to take revenge on his former life by reliving it as many times as he has to to achieve a Happy End.
Outlaw Django ~ Zoku: Satsuriku no Django is another Gen Urobuchi work in collaboration with character deisgner Niθ (read as ‘nishii’, character designer for the Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Girls anime) and tells the story of three femme desperados who will do anything for a buck or get a head start. Literally. Set on a low tech rimworld in a sci-fi setting reminiscent of Cowboy Bebop or Firefly, this raunchy tale of lawlessness and hedonism sees switching perspectives and double and triple-crossing loyalties in a visually stunning, panoramic presentation.
For their JAST Densetsu brand, they will be releasing the soul successor to Aselia the Eternal, Seinarukana, an epic fantasy RPG by Xuse.  Pre-orders for ALcot‘s My Girlfriend is the President is now open, while work on School Days HQ is now in progress.
