This week’s Famitsu has a two-page spread covering tri-Ace and Konami‘sรย Nintendoรย 3DS title Beyond the Labyrinth (รฃฦยฉรฃฦโรฃฦยชรฃฦยณรฃโยนรฃยยฎรฅยฝยผรฆโยน),รย covering game mechanics details.
Like what wasรย previouslyรย speculated, Beyond the Labyrinth will be a first-person dungeon crawler where you (yeah, you) play as the main character. You will be following the mysterious girl around the labyrinth. She will be accompanying you in finding ways to the top-most floor, where you will make your escape (sounds pretty familiar). As you climb up, you will encounter enemies and enter battle mode, dubbed by Konami as the symbol encounter system. A party of four can be created though there are still no details who these party members might be.
As of writing, there’s still no tentative release date in Japan for Beyond the Labyrinth.
