As revealed yesterday, Monster Hunter World is Coming to PC this August and PC fans have been quick to show excitement over the announcement. Capcom has also announced the official system requirements for the game and there was plenty of buzz with the notation underneath the Steam Store page showing the 1080p/30FPS bit.
Capcom has published a blog post detailing further the graphical options of the game and this sheds more light into what graphical settings PC gamers will be able to experience in this version of Monster Hunter World.
The display menu shows us the game at least supports 3840×2160 resolution (4K UHD) at 60FPS. This is of course on capable hardware. Graphics presets are also present with the selection at the shot above showing the “Highest” setting. Drilling down to the advanced graphics settings we see plenty of detail options including Resolution Scaling, Texture Quality, Ambient Occlusion, Anti-Aliasing, etc. Further down, we have more options such as Water Reflection toggle, Dynamic Range options and Subsurface Scattering.Control options are also a bit different than on consoles with the game supporting keyboard and mouse input.

Prescribed lang siguro yun. Pretty sure itll run way higher than that but capcom may just be playing safe. Still, we gotta wait day 1 pa rin so hopefully they have a benchmark soon
I see. Tapos, tama pala, 8gb ram lang pala din ung nasa recommended specs + 3gb edition na 1060… i hope makaka-60fps sana with some graphics settings turned down. Do you think magkaka-framerate cap kaya?
Meron lang akong 4GB Rx480, 4th Gen Core-i5 at 8GB RAM :V
should be enough bro 😀
Back2Gaming ngayon ko lang napansin na 4th gen core-i5 din pala yung nasa minimum, at 3GB na 1060 lang sa recommended..so somewhere in the middle pala pc ko haha
30fps? That would not be playable at all. Standard for gaming yung 1060 for 1080p high set gaming so if it would just showcase 30fps with that specs means mabigat yung laro.
Nasa options yung frame rate cap nya. I played the game in 60FPS sa PS4 Pro, its better that way than 4k 30FPS so I really think mabigat nga yung game graphics wise pero they have a wide array of graphics options to tweak. I’m still confident they’re just raising the bar high like RE7 and DMC4 with their requirements pero it should be playable widely.
Otherwise it could be a bad PC port… T_T
high prices for GTX 1060 6GB is holding me back. I hope yung GTX 1160 pag nilabas nasa GTX 1070 yung level. pwede na for 1080p High/Ultra gaming.
