Msi Expands Inspire Gpu Line With Compact Rtx 5050 Inspire Itx Models

MSI has unveiled the latest additions to its Inspire GPU series—the GeForce RTX 5050 Inspire ITX and RTX 5050 Inspire ITX OC. Both cards are built with small form-factor (SFF) systems in mind, continuing the compact dual-slot, single-fan design seen in the RTX 5060 Inspire ITX. Measuring just 147 × 120 × 45 mm, the cards use a Torx Fan 5.0 and a single heat pipe for cooling.

The difference between the two lies in their boost clocks: the standard model peaks at 2587 MHz (Extreme Mode), while the OC version slightly raises it to 2617 MHz. Both feature three DisplayPort 2.1b outputs, one HDMI 2.1b, and a 130 W TDP powered by a single 8-pin connector. Users can fine-tune performance using MSI Center or push further via MSI Afterburner.

Pricing and availability details for the new RTX 5050 Inspire ITX cards have yet to be announced.

Disappointed that it needs a power connector. I won’t mind if they could run it at lower power (Nvidia cards can go very low!) and lower clocks and go without power connector.

Chong Yu Chong very true, the mobile version uses less wattage than AMD’s most powerful card with no power connector (Radeon Pro W7500) yet still outperforms it.
