Well, the Tokyo Game show is underway as we speak. Among the deluge of announcements and reveals is this new trailer for this independently-produced, upcoming game called Monster Hunter Portable 3rd. Surely you’ve heard of it. It’s apparently a huge deal in Japan. Kidding aside, this nicely cut trailer features some of the new creatures that hunters will be tangling with along with new features such as customizable Felyne comrades, new combos for existing weapons, and more. According to a joystiq post. Capcom and Sony pictures are working on another Resident Evil CG movie, titled Resident Evil: Damnation. The movie’s slated to come out January by next year and is a sequel to Resident Evil: Degeneration.

Once again the Tokyo Game Show, or TGS, as we so lovingly call it is upon us. Annually held at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, it’s pretty much the biggest games-related convention on this side of the planet. As par for the course, we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for major announcements and surprises along with whatever media we can get our grubby little mitts on.

The latest, MMOFPS coming out in our shores, M.A.T. Online, will be having it’s grand launch this sunday, September 19, 2010 at the SM North EDSA Cyberzone. Here’s the list of activites on the event:
