Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan has put up a challenge in his Facebook page stating that Razer will produce a Naga for left-handed users if 10,000 people support and “Like” the idea by April 21, 2012. You can check out the post here.
Those of you not familiar with the situation might want to know that it is a standard in computing that mice are either ambidextrous or intended for right-handed people. Much more so for ergonomically designed ones and gamer-targeted ones. Citing production costs as the limiting factor, Min-Liang Tan goes on to say that they are losing income making left-handed solutions but Razer will stand with their company slogan; For Gamers. By Gamers. and they will produce a left-handed Naga once significant support is realized.
As of this posting, there is around 7,870 likes on the post by the Razer CEO and judging by the rate at which the Likes come for this idea, it is only a short matter of time before the goal is reached.
