SEGA is opening SEGA STORE OSAKA, its first flagship store in the Kansai region, on Friday, October 2, 2026. The store takes over the 6th floor of Shinsaibashi PARCO, becoming the first permanent SEGA STORE location in the Kansai region following SEGA STORE SHANGHAI (May 2025) and SEGA STORE TOKYO in Shibuya, Japan’s first flagship (July 2025).
The store is built around SEGA’s transmedia strategy, expanding its IPs beyond games into film, music, manga, and more. Drawing on more than 65 years of IP history, SEGA STORE OSAKA will carry a wide range of merchandise, including items exclusive to the Osaka location, aiming to bring “surprise and excitement” to fans in the region and around the world.

Location: “POP CULTURE SHINSAIBASHI”
Shinsaibashi PARCO positions itself as a cultural hub where fashion, art, and entertainment intersect, aiming to be a landmark of Shinsaibashi, one of western Japan’s leading international shopping destinations. The 6th floor, branded “POP CULTURE SHINSAIBASHI,” serves as a hub for experiential Japanese pop culture where SEGA STORE OSAKA will operate.
Store Design
SEGA STORE OSAKA brings its IPs to life using the latest technology of the era, featuring adjustable lighting and a large transparent double-sided LED display. SEGA describes the space as a convergence of technology and culture, delivering an immersive atmosphere that only an official store can offer.
