Silverstone showcased new products at Max’s Greenhills. These products are expected to be available next month at local retailers.
CASES
The RL07 is an ATX chassis with a tempered glass sidepanel. It supports up to 6 drives and up to 4 140mm fans. The front panel lighting is only blue and does not support RGB.
The PM02 is also an ATX case that sports a semi-exposed front panel. What’s interesting in this case is that it illuminates a Silverstone logo at the bottom. Users can mod this to illuminate whatever mod they want. This case also supoorts up to 6 case fans.
The RL06-GP has a mesh front panel to maximize ventilation that’s supported by 3fans. The case also comes in a white configuration
And ofcourse the most popular case now comes in white, the RVZ03. Its front lighting is RGB and it also has a controller for Silverstone’s fans. Note that this is a limited edition case so contact your local retailer if you want to get it as stocks are, uhm, limited.
POWER SUPPLIES
Silverstone showcased 2 small factor powersupplies, the SX650-G and SX500-G. These models have an 80+ Gold certified rating.
The ET650-G is an ATX form factor powersupply with an output of 650watts backed up by an 80+ Gold certification.
One of the main attraction of the product launch is the SFX-L 450w power supply. It’s a small form factor power supply that’s FANLESS and has an 80+ PLATINUM rating.
Silverstone’s flagship powersupply is also showcased here in the event. The Silver Stone Striver Tinanium ST 1500-TI has an output of 1500watts and it has the highest certification in energy efficiency which is the 80+ Titanium.
RGB FANS
Silverstone also released their RGB fans. These RGB fans have addressable lighting, meaning each LED has their own controller. This allows individual lighting effects to be applied to each LED. These fans also comply with ASUS Aura Sync, GIGABYTE AORUS Fusion, MSI Mystic Light and ASRock RGB LED lighting effects. Silverstone also released a second version of their Fan Grill that now has 30pcs of LED installed.
Other Accesories
Silver stone showcased their USB 3.1 Gen 2 type-C cables. These cables come either with a 500mm or 1000mm length.
Silverstone surprisingly has a 120w power brick for Intel Small Form Factor PCs. This can be used for Intel’s NUCs and other similar devices.
Silverstone has an M.2 Sata Enclosure. You can place your m.2 ssd to this enclosure and connect it via USB. You won’t have to worry about the bottleneck in transfer speeds as it uses USB 3.1 Gen 2 interface..
The EP-11 USB 3.1 type-C adapter allows you to input Mini Displayport, HDMI or VGA to your USB 3.1 Type C port for your display solution.
My personal favorite is their Qi Charger. It’s a 5200mAh powerbank that sports Wireless Qi charging. It can charge any device as long these devices support Qi Charging technology.
