The hub marks iterco’s expansion beyond publishing and development, aiming to give developers, creators, founders, brands, and communities a shared physical space to meet, exchange ideas, and build collaborations.

Supporting the hub from the first floor is Porch, iterhaus’s own café serving specialty coffee and sandwiches. iterco describes Porch as the beating social heart of the space, built for coffee breaks, casual meetings, and reset moments between deep work sessions.
