OVERCLOCKING
Overclocking any graphics card is pretty straightforward nowadays provided you know what to do and given that most companies also have their own overclocking software, makes it so much more approachable. In our case, we prefer the Afterburner software.
[singlepic id=14085 w=800 h=450  float=center]Maxing out our power limit slider, we were able to push the card 1195Mhz core clock with a 1247Mhz boost frequency and the bump the memory by quite a margin up to 1980Mhz which is 7.9Ghz effective. We had a hard time trying to get the card stable and we’re quite disappointed this is only as far as our sample goes. Still, these clocks are already way beyond the specification of the GTX 770 and we’re still curious how much it brings to the table.
We will be using this final stable clocks for our Overclocked card data in the our charts.

will this card suffice for a 3 23″ monitor setup?
You’ll want to turn down graphics settings for that if you want to run off a single card but I highly suggest going for an SLI setup if you want the most out of your mulit-display rig.
