We would like to thank Kingston Technologies Inc. and GIGABYTE Technologies, Zotac for providing our test equipment for this review.
We test our graphics card with a full-level playthrough of our selected game and record the run with Fraps. All our games were set to maximum in-game detail settings.
[tabgroup] [tab title=”Battlefield 3″]Battlefield 3 is one of the hottest titles of 2011 and continues to prove itself a worthy game. Based on DICE’s Frostbite Engine 2, this game’s lush details and visuals are just stunning but can really stress any modern GPU.
[singlepic id=14093 w=550 h=600 float=center] [/tab] [tab title=”Crysis 3″]The most visually intense game to ever been made. Prophet is back to take on the Ceph and Cell after a long sleep and the world isn’t what it was when before he got frozen. CryEngine 3 is behind this beautiful beast that will put a lot of systems to their knees.
[singlepic id=14094 w=550 h=600 float=center] [/tab] [tab title=”Bioshock Infinite”]One of the greatest stories to have ever been told. Bioshock Infinite puts players in the shoes of Booker DeWitt as he takes on the world in this critically-acclaimed title delivered via Unreal Engine 3.
[singlepic id=14095 w=550 h=600 float=center] [/tab] [tab title=”Tomb Raider”]The reboot of the gaming phenomenon Tomb Raider puts players in Lara Croft’s hiking boots as she explores the ruin of Yamatai in this origins game. Powered by a modified Crystal Engine, the game features TressFX which creates beautifully rendered hair animation.
[singlepic id=14096 w=550 h=600 float=center] [/tab] [tab title=”Resident Evil 6″]The latest installment in the Resident Evil franchise takes an all-star turn featuring multiple intertwining storylines. Powered by Capcom’s proprietary engine, the PC version demands a considerably able setup for a smooth gameplay experience.
[singlepic id=14097 w=550 h=600 float=center] [/tab] [tab title=”Torchlight II”]Torchlight II is an action-RPG with LAN and online multiplayer support. Represents a very similar load to that of MOBA games and similar titles.
[singlepic id=14098 w=550 h=600 float=center] [/tab] [tab title=”Civilization V”]Show the world your vision of an empire. Civilization V brings the world to the players fingertips featuring a whole new gameplay engine.
[singlepic id=14099 w=550 h=600 float=center] [/tab] [/tabgroup]At a glance: We’ve intentionally made this a showdown between the two GTX770’s in our round-up and its quite clear that both cards are at each other’s neck, pushing out highly playable framerates on maximum details at our maximum resolution. Overclocking the Zotac GTX 770 AMP! Edition still showed some results but we would’ve wanted some more juice from the card. Still, these are excellent numbers and anyone who just want some out-of-box performance should benefit well from these numbers.

will this card suffice for a 3 23″ monitor setup?
You’ll want to turn down graphics settings for that if you want to run off a single card but I highly suggest going for an SLI setup if you want the most out of your mulit-display rig.
