Zotac GeForce GTX770 AMP! Edition 2GB

Zotac Geforce Gtx770 Amp! Edition 2Gb

CONCLUSION

[singlepic id=13966 w=550 h=400 float=center]

The Zotac GeForce GTX 770 AMP! Edition brings to the table an excellent option for a GTX770. Out of the box, it delivers excellent performance and with a dead-silent cooler that looks devilishly sexy, its a well-rounded package. Let’s break down our score:

Performance. Zotac’s GTX770 AMP! Edition may not break any overclocking record but it delivers solid numbers straight out of the box. Overclocking leaves a lot to be desired though but that varies from user to user. An excellent score still.

Build Quality. With a well-designed PCB and a cooler that just exudes quality, the AMP! Edition cooler brings eye-candy in a simple design with no grandiose styling. The matte black PCB, the clean solder-work and premium feel of the cooler just gives the GTX770 AMP! Edition by Zotac that look and feel that just screams premium. Plus points for keeping it all in a dual-slot package although we’ll dock half-a-point for the flimsy PCI-E power connector.

Functionality. The card is an excellent high-end option which should handle resolution 1080p upwards. At 1080p though, this card is a beast already thanks to the proven power of the GK104 and will mangle any game at this resolution.

Bundle. This is where the card gains top scores with the bundled games proving to be an excellent reward for those who opt for this graphics card. Read on though to see why this card is so worth the choice.

Value. Coming it at around ₱19,200, the card smacks Palit’s pricing in the face. As of this writing, the Zotac GTX 770 AMP! Edition is the lowest-priced GTX770 out in the local shops. With a 3-game bundle and a 3-year warranty, this card is a must-buy if you’re after a GTX770. The non-AMP! Edition is priced way lower but still features the same cooler but lower clocks. Perfect score.

The Zotac GeForce GTX 770 AMP! Edition is a solid-performing card but its premium-quality build coupled with an excellent game bundle as well as an extended warranty proves the card is the TOP CHOICE for anyone looking to step into the GTX770 territory and want a bit more kick than the regular GTX770. With a dual-slot design, you can SLI up to 3 of these babies without fitting issues and enjoy world-class gaming. With the market’s lowest price for a pre-overclocked, custom-cooled GTX 770, Zotac’s AMP! Edition is just too hard to pass up.

We award the Zotac GeForce GTX 770 AMP! Edition our Gold Award, Recommended and Value Awards. The card is backed by a 3-year warranty.

You’ll want to turn down graphics settings for that if you want to run off a single card but I highly suggest going for an SLI setup if you want the most out of your mulit-display rig.
