The ECS LIVA Mini PC definitely changes the mainstream perspective on what a PC is. Its small, compact form factor and low power draw is hard to pass up if you’re looking for a family PC, a BYOD desktop for the office or a carry around PC you can bring to another place where you need a desktop.
