A 12-year old player going by the handle of AK took home the top spot at the recently concluded GeneSys 2013 tournament at iTech, Glorietta 3, using a team consisting of Lars Alexandersson and Lei Wulong. Remember Namco X Capcom, that strategy RPG for the PS2 that never saw release outside of Japan? The recently revealed Project Cross Zone for Nintendo 3DSÂ is like that,but with Sega and some of its characters thrown into the fray. Sort of fresh from Arcade Operators’ Union (AOU) 2012 in Japan, here’s a new English trailer for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Unlimited that highlights the update’s new features. Personally, I think it’s nice of Namco Bandai to include the opportunity to play as a single character to mix things up and maybe give people who’ve only ever really mastered a single fighter a better chance. As we inch ever so closer to Street Fighter X Tekken”s March release, Capcom is seemingly pulling out the big guns for one big push to build up more hype before the game comes out.
