GoodSmile Company (GSC) today announced that they will be releasing Nendoroid series figures for Overwatch characters and the first of those is none other than Tracer. Featuring effect parts and accessories to show-off her in-game abilities, the Nendoroid Tracer also has bent legs for action pose as well as hair articulation for some dynamic poses.
Her pulse pistols are of course included, and she even comes with open hand parts to pose her as if she has just let go of her guns after activating her recall ability. Her pulse bomb is also included to pose her making use of her ultimate ability! The Nendoroid is fully articulated allowing for all sorts of posing opportunities and has been carefully sculpted and tuned to ensure that the joints are not easily visible, while still keeping Tracer’s unique appearance in tact. Be sure to add the first of the Overwatch Nendoroid to your collection!
You can read more from the official announcement here and see more from the video above. The figure is now available for pre-order and will be officially released for sale in August 2017.

This announcement is a breakthrough as Overwatch is an unprecedented global phenomenon mixing great gameplay and memorable characters which has been a merchandise success for Blizzard and its license-holders. Action figures for Blizzard have been predominantly made by NECA and quality have not been up to par for fans of Japanese-made figures. The announcement of GSC gives hope that a Figma Overwatch series could be possible but the Nendoroid series does have a great following and that alone is already great news.
Pre-orders are now up. You can get yours from Hubbyte Toy Store so be sure to check them out below:
