During NVIDIA’s earnings call for Q2 FY2023, NVIDIA President and CEO Jensen Huang confirmed that they will be revealing their next-generation GPU at GTC 2022 this coming fall season which will be next month, September. Jensen told investors and analysts that the “Ada Lovelace” GPUs will have a unique market segment as they are expected to share the current market with the RTX 30, albeit the high-end RTX 40 models only.
“Ampere is the most popular GPU we’ve ever created. It is in the top 15 most popular gaming GPUs on Steam. And it remains the best GPUs in the world, and it will be very successful for some time. “
Its still unsure what NVIDIA is aiming for with the arrangement of putting the possible RTX 4080 and higher on top of the RTX 30-series until 2023 where they’re expected to reveal more cards.
GTC 2022 is scheduled for September 20, 2022.
