MOZA has announced one of its largest product launches to date, introducing new hardware and software across motion, flight, racing, and farming simulation. The lineup is led by the MOZA HMA150 Haptic Motion System, the company’s first full-cockpit motion setup, alongside new direct drive racing hardware, force feedback flight controls, and the MOZA Farming Control System.

MOZA HMA150 Haptic Motion System

MOZA HMA150 Haptic Motion Actuator

The HMA150 extends simulation feedback beyond the steering wheel and pedals, letting users feel vehicle movement through the entire cockpit. Built around four HMA150 Haptic Motion Actuators, it reproduces pitch, roll, and heave effects, including braking dive, acceleration, weight transfer, suspension movement, elevation changes, curb strikes, collisions, and road surface vibration.

The system offers 150mm of travel, speeds of up to 300mm/s, acceleration exceeding 1G under supported load conditions, a maximum platform payload of 350kg, and vibration effects of up to 200Hz. It uses MOZA-developed servo motors, control algorithms, and structural engineering, with an integrated controller that reduces the space normally required by a separate control box. An emergency stop switch and controlled descent protection provide additional safety during operation. The HMA150 is controlled through MOZA Motion Manager, where users can load official presets and adjust motion range, overall intensity, individual movement axes, and vibration effects.

MOZA AI Motion

Integrated into MOZA Motion Manager, AI Motion analyzes in-game visuals and audio in real time to identify gameplay actions and trigger corresponding motion and vibration effects, with each scenario activating its own combination of effects. AI Motion is designed to complement native telemetry rather than replace it: when telemetry is available, MOZA Motion Manager uses it for precise, physics-driven feedback, and when it isn’t, AI Motion analyzes gameplay directly to extend haptic feedback to a wider range of titles. Users can adjust the intensity of individual events and set output limits through MOZA Motion Manager.

MOZA R16 Ultra Direct Drive Wheel Base

MOZA R16 Ultra Direct Drive Wheel Base

Aimed at experienced sim racers, the R16 Ultra delivers 16 Nm of direct drive torque using a flat-wire motor architecture for higher torque density in a compact design. A 21-bit magnetic encoder captures detailed steering input and motor movement to help reproduce changes in grip, weight transfer, surface texture, and vehicle balance.

Powered by a 600 MHz processor and MOZA’s NexGen FFB Algorithm 4.0, the R16 Ultra processes vehicle data with low latency. A new force feedback interpolation algorithm smooths transitions between adjacent signals, reducing graininess, jolts, and stepped sensations so that high-frequency details like road textures and curb vibrations come through smoothly. Force feedback strength, response, damping, and other parameters are adjustable through MOZA Pit House, and the wheel base remains compatible with existing MOZA steering wheels, pedals, and accessories.

MOZA R5 Pro Racing Simulator

MOZA R5 Pro Racing Simulator

The R5 Pro Racing Simulator bundles the core hardware needed to start direct drive sim racing: a 6 Nm direct drive wheel base, ES Lite Steering Wheel, SRP Lite2 Pedals, and a desk clamp. The upgraded wheel base delivers 6 Nm of constant direct drive torque, and its 21-bit magnetic encoder offers more than two million points of resolution for finer steering movement. The SRP Lite2 Pedals can be further customized with optional Brake Performance Kits and Throttle and Clutch Performance Kits. A truck-focused variant, the R5 Pro Truck Driving Simulator, uses the same platform paired with the MOZA TSW Truck Wheel for long-haul and commercial vehicle simulation.

MOZA Farming Control System

MOZA Farming Control System

MOZA is expanding into farming, construction, and trucking simulation with a purpose-built control system featuring a Hall-effect joystick, a responsive throttle, an integrated control panel, and 46 programmable inputs. It officially supports Farming Simulator 25 and is also compatible with Farming Simulator 22, Construction Simulator, Euro Truck Simulator 2, and American Truck Simulator, with additional titles listed on MOZA’s product page. Control assignments and device settings are customizable through MOZA Pit House.

MOZA AY90 Force Feedback Yoke Base and MFY Pro Yoke Handle

MOZA AY90 Force Feedback Yoke Base

Following the AY210, the AY90 Force Feedback Yoke Base delivers 4.2 Nm of roll torque, 90 N of push-pull force, and 95mm of travel, reproducing control loading changes from airspeed, trim, stalls, turbulence, and landing impact. It supports Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane, and DCS, with profile import functionality coming to MOZA Cockpit software in a future update.

MOZA MFY Pro Yoke Handle

The MFY Pro Yoke Handle pairs precision flight controls with an integrated 4.3-inch touchscreen for displaying aircraft information and customizable cockpit pages. It features 26 programmable inputs, Hall-effect thumbsticks, and MOZA’s quick-release system, and is compatible with both the AY90 and AY210 yoke bases.

MOZA AI Coach

Already available to all users through MOZA Pit House, MOZA AI Coach is described by the company as the industry’s first AI coaching software capable of actively controlling compatible sim racing hardware during driver training. By lightly holding the wheel and pedals, users can physically feel the AI’s steering, braking, and throttle techniques. AI Coach guides drivers through progressive stages including driving demonstrations, pedal training, steering training, and independent practice, with Beginner, Intermediate, and Professional modes and three steering guidance modes. It also provides real-time driving overlays and post-session analysis, comparing steering, throttle, braking, racing line, and lap time data against AI reference laps.
