Intel has updated their produuct roadmap for their DG2 products as well their Xe-HPC. This was highlighted by Intel in their roadmap slides detailing the status of the various Xe architectures Intel is planning to release.
Intel partners may now verify performance, board power and board traits to develop and launch the product.
Intel’s Xe-HPG graphics architecture is expected bring Intel into the discrete GPU market with Xe-HPG looking to perform around the same as an NVIDIA RTX 3070 on the high-end. Progress hasn’t been very public but Raja Koduri does take time to tweet some updates about progress including 3DMark benchmarks.
GPU supplies is expected to improve past this month but the pace at which it will level is still up for debate.
