Along with announcing the Razer Phone 2, today marks another important update from Razer and this concerns its entire peripheral line. In a recent post from Razer CEO Min Liang Tan, he states that starting October 1, 2018, all keyboards, mice and headsets will have a 2-year warranty. Anything purchased on October 1 onwards will be covered by this warranty change regardless if the product itself is marked with a 1-year warranty sticker. Proof of purchase stating the date-of-purchase being October 1 and later will be required for warranty claims on items that have the 1-year warranty seal.
Min Liang Tan expresses his excitement over Razer’s supply achievement, citing they have one of the lowest failure rates on the market today. Razer will also be improving their support channels along with their overall after-sales service.
