The Sims 4 Cracked or pirated version is reportedly showing what Maxis and EA had embedded in the game as an anti-piracy measure. The new installment in the highly successful simulation game has recently been released and those that chose to pirate the game via illegal downloads will have a hard time enjoying the game when the anti-piracy measure kicks in.
Those familiar with the game should know that when your Sims go to the toilet or take a shower, the game censors parts of their bodies. The cracked version of Sims 4 will also have this feature but as the game goes on, the pixelation and blurring will not go away and will eventually expand larger and larger until it consumes the entire screen rendering the game literally a mess of pixels which is practically unplayable.
Many that were faced with this issue even reached out to EA’s forumsรย for help and EA has stated in a response to Joystiq.com that they will not be helping those players that want to enjoy their pirated copies of the game.
It could just be a matter of time before someone fixes the cracked game but until then, those that can’t wait will just have to either settle for the pixelation mess or buy a legit copy of Sims 4.

Lol I love the developers new take on anti piracy, rather than drag themselves down, and others with legal fee’s just screw up there crap:P I wonder what other layers are there is if there are any, suppose well find out eventually. I know some games layer them hehe, reminds me of when I first got into computers in the early 90’s .. collected viruses to see their effects how they work what they did, evolution over time. A drop in interest got rid of all of them .. or so I thought year or two later came across an old floppy disk, ran the old program to see what it was ..rebooted and the hard drive was bricked lol.. yeah not such a great hobby at that point. But the new method of anti-piracy as a nostalgic ring to it, with a sense of style. Like an adventure into alternative creativity.
Yeah I’ve seen some pretty clever anti-piracy tricks lately like that other one on Game Dev Story where the game ultimately ends with your company bankrupt because of piracy. Poetic, right?
Knowing how creative Maxis can be, I agree there could be some other form of DRM in there. Pirated copies make sims get pregnant easily and you quickly get a house filled with kids that after just 10 sim days grow up to adulthood and start incestual relationship in your household, again bearing kids and repeating the cycle until you now have 100+ sims in your household which turns your game into a zerg simulator requiring intense micromanagement skills.
Lol
Hahahah
That’s so awesome:)
Yeah I liked that game dev story. I’m not really a sims fan, I get bored fast after my first sim. Look forward to future publications! ๐
