I’ll be blunt. I consider the Dark Souls franchise as one of the best in the industry. Its Ninty-hard difficulty all thanks to realistic control mechanics, coupled in with a dark, brooding atmosphere and unique story telling is what makes it oneย heck of a game. However, the experience is ironically difficult to savor when you’re gaming on the PC. It’s just riddled with issues, both Dark Souls 1 and 2, and you’ll have to know your way around if you’re planning on going full throttle with the game.
Forget what you've heard. #DarkSouls3 will run at 60 FPS on PC! https://t.co/h8O21GTxR8

Now, with Dark Souls 3 on the way, many may already be asking if it’s going to run at 60fps. Whelp, according to recent announcements, it will indeed run at that frame rate. So, praise the sun! But hey, let’s not forget that From doesn’t exactly have a good track record when it comes to releasing their games on PC. Granted, there’s a number of fixes for both Dark Souls 1 and 2, but hey, you’ll have to do some hard research and a couple of hours waiting until your prayers are heard for a fix from the modding community. Whatever the case, I guess those bugs weren’t exactly gamebreaking that you’d want to throw your controllers at your screens. The game can already make you do that at launch whenever you meet your doom over and over and over.
Dark Souls III is pegged for an April release for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC worldwide, so it’s only a couple of weeks now until you get to die again, or engage in some jolly cooperation.
