Back2Beatdown, our modest little fighting game tournament, is returning to ToyCon with its second installment. We’ll be holding two separate tournaments for Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition and Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3 over Saturday and Sunday, respectively. By “we”, I mean our good friends, drinking buddies, and occasional friendly rivals at Reimaru Files will be handling Sunday’s UMVC3 tournament. A day or two ago, I posted about Capcom releasing the full change log for Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition’s  latest round of changes for the upcoming Ver. 2012 patch. Now, we have a sweet new trailer to drive up hype for the impending update. So, like the changes shown here so far? Sound of in the comments. The free update hits consoles this December 13th. The 2012 re-tuning of Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition, aptly called Ver. 2012, is just right around the corner. While Capcom has been slowly trickling info on the changes that will be implemented in the update, you can hand it to them for going the extra mile and making the entire change log available in five languages, in the form of some pretty detailed PDFs.
Latif’s battle against crowd-favorite Daigo Umehara decided that there will be a new champion. Fuudo sealed the deal with his Fei Long, keeping the championship for Japan for another year.
