Palit was present during COMPUTEX but their showcase was more of a meeting area for buyers than for new releases. Still, Palit was showcasing some new concepts which we’ll talk about in this article but let’s get started with how Jensen Huang kicked things off for Palit: by pulling off a Stone Cold and asking the crowd to cheer on as Jensen, in a very rare sighting, removes his signature leather jacket to toast Palit. He then proceeds to sign random GPUs.
Celebrations aside, Palit showed off some interesting concepts for thei consumer graphics cards. Let’s start with Palit’s own design that features an all metal body.
The concept RTX 4080 features a dual fan cooler on a triple slot body but the distinct feature here is that this is an all-metal construction. Its aimed at providing a more elegant solution and premium cooling solution than the rest of the Palit’s designs and is certainly a huge departure on what they usually offer but is certainly a great design.
Another cooler design concept is this AIO solution from German partner Lynk+ which puts an LCD on top of the shroud. Underneath the LCD is an AIO waterblock connected to Lynk+ unique watercooling integration system.
Palit is also showing off some design concepts for their graphics cards which shows us these designs that have large RGB sidebars.
The rest of the booth showed off Palit’s active GPU port folio for consumers as well a display area for the winning entry of their Palit Maker Contest from earlier in the year.
