Wacom Cintiq 13HD is a great product but I’ve been waiting for someone to catch up and thanks to a wide color range and thin laminated screen products, XP-Pen did a great job!
So You may can get the XP-Pen Artist 13.3 pro https://www.xp-pen.com/product/464.html , which is also a 13.3″ display but come with 92% Adobe color gamut (120%srgb) drawing tablet. There are smaller ones out there for less as well. it’s more affordable.
