With a lot of us now working with a electronic devices whether its a PC, a laptop, an iPad or even just your phone, distractions are abound in these kinds of work ecosystems. Add to that the fact that we’re now just facing the reality that we’re now back in the office, the convenience of pushing things aside is definitely not an option anymore.
Kidding aside, focus is definitely an important part of boosting your brain power for productivity. This increases the speed you work which ultimately increases your output but its a combined efforts of getting “in the zone” to really put that focus into motion. Personal take: I practice #36 religiously: to write to-do things tomorrow every night. This not only unloads thoughts off your head, it makes sure you have something to go back to which once it becomes a habit, assures you have something to fall back on every day.
