Hallohallo Entertainment Inc. Has released details of the mechanics for the AKB48 Team 8 Fan Meet which will be held on December 3, 2016, Saturday.
Mechanics:
1. Like the MNL48 Official Facebook Page.

Poster Inclusions and Privileges:
1. Each poster will include one entrance pass and one high touch pass with the raffle reference number.
2. Ticket holders can only high touch with the AKB48 members featured on the poster type they chose. Meaning Type A goes to one set of members, and Type B goes to another set of members.
Purchasing and Payment Policy:
1. One person can only purchase one poster and must be a Hallo Hallo member.
2. Poster selling will run from November 21 (Monday), 12:00 Noon, until November 28, (Monday), 6:00 PM only.
3. The event has limited slots, so posters will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Selling of posters.
4. Unconfirmed payments will invalidate the transaction.
5. All payments must be settled three (3) days upon purchase. Otherwise the slot will be forfeited.
6. Ticket holders who made the cut and has confirmed payment will receive an e-mail notification, along with the event guidelines and a reference number, which will be used for claiming the poster.
7. Poster purchased is non-transferable. Re-selling is also prohibited.
8. If a poster is found to be transferred and re-sold, it will become invalid.
9. No cancellation and no refund policy will be imposed.
Entry Policy:
1. Registration will start at 1:00 PM on December 3. Doors will open exactly at 2:00 PM.
2. Customers must present their reference number indicated in the email confirmation and a valid ID with their full name and picture to claim their poster, entrance pass, and high touch pass during the registration. Failure to provide the emailed reference number and an ID may result in non-entry (so no bluffing your way in).
3. Entrance passes will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that the first person to register will receive entrance pass #1 and will consequently be the first to enter.
4. Entrance passes must be surrendered upon entry to the live show.
5. The raffle entry reference number will be indicated on the high touch pass and will be used during the raffle segment.
6. The high touch pass must be surrendered to the staff before entering your designated high touch lane for verification.
Event Guidelines:
1. Companions may not enter the venue. Only the ticket holder is allowed inside the premises.
2. Bags will be checked and will go through a metal scanner upon entry.
3. Bringing of food and drinks inside the venue is strictly prohibited (It’s a restaurant, just hope they serve food).
4. Taking photos, videos, and audio recordings during the event itself is not allowed (wag pasaway).
5. Handing out of gifts and letters to AKB48 Team8 members is strictly prohibited (yes, that includes engagement rings, marriage proposals, and even simple harana).
6. Additional guidelines that may be announced on the day itself must also be followed.
7. Refrain from contacting the venue regards to matters on poster selling and event rules (they wouldn’t know, OK?).
8. Details and any further announcements about the event will be posted on the MNL48 Official Facebook page.
The mechanics are a bit complicated so fans would have to be careful with the steps. I was also surprised that they went full out with the event guidelines which is normal in AKB events. Since MNL48 is juuuuust around the corner, and if we want more AKB48 events held here, we might as well get used to them. At least we don’t need a lottery for the tickets. You just need to be fast and…uh, loaded, and you’re in!
