ASUS is adding another capture card to their product stack. This was included in my CES posting schedule but I somehow missed publishing it but a month later and it seems ASUS has not released any new information.
The TUF GAMING FHD120 will join the CU4K30 as their only capture cards with the FHD120 handling 1080p at 120hz capture while lacking the higher resolution capture of the CU4K30.
The TUF GAMING FHD120 features a different design than the CU4K30 but will still have the same port configurations. It will also retain the RGB logo display. The FHD120 will support inputs from an HDMI 2.0 device up to 1920×1080 120hz with passthrough for 60hz available for 1440p or higher if supported at all.
No pricing has been confirmed for the FHD120. The CU4K30 retails for around $210 so it can be assumed the FHD120 will cost less, perhaps around $150.
