Remedy Entertainment has released a significant update (1.30) for Control Ultimate Edition, delivering new content, long-requested graphical improvements, and enhanced hardware support. The update is available now for PC players on Steam and Epic Games Store, with GOG, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S versions coming soon.
New Content: Outfits & Missions
The latest update makes previously exclusive cosmetic outfits available to all players, including:
- Astral Dive Suit (formerly a pre-order exclusive)
- Tactical Response Gear
- Urban Response Gear
Additionally, the Dr. Yoshimi Tokuiโs Guided Imagery Experience mission, which features voice work by Hideo Kojima, is now accessible to all players. Previously a PlayStation 4 Digital Deluxe exclusive, the mission can be found in the Extrasensory Lab of the Research Sector by picking up the Dr. Tokui Tapes collectible.

General Fixes & Audio Updates
Alongside visual upgrades, Remedy has addressed several stability and bug fixes, including an audio mix correction in cinematics and end credits. The patch resolves an unintended channel mixing issue, ensuring players only hear what theyโre supposed to.
Console Update Coming Soon
While PC players can download the update now, Remedy confirmed that PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions are in development and will be released in the near future. The studio is taking extra time to ensure stability before rolling out the patch on all platforms.

No FSR4 support yet?
Its a mod rolled into an official update released 2 years ago so devs never probably never had FSR4 to work with then. It could still happen just now, prolly the GOG/console release update when those roll out
