Bungie has announced the launch of a new collaboration between Destiny 2 and CD Projekt Red’s The Witcher series. This collaboration, coinciding with the start of Destiny 2’s “Season of the Wish,” introduces a series of Witcher-inspired items to the game. The new content includes three sets of armor ornaments, each tailored to Destiny 2’s Guardian classes, and additional accessories.
The armor sets are designed to reflect the styles of the Witcher schools – Bear, Wolf, and Viper – and are inspired by Geralt’s armor in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Alongside the armor, the collaboration brings Witcher-themed accessories, such as the Wolven Storm ship and the Roach-VGH Sparrow, to Destiny 2. These items are available for purchase in the Eververse Store.
The collaboration was a joint effort between Bungie and CD Projekt Red, focusing on integrating The Witcher’s medieval elements into Destiny 2’s futuristic setting. The teams worked on incorporating iconic Witcher visuals, including the wolf medallion and Glagolitic script inscriptions, into the design of the new items.
Destiny 2’s “Season of the Wish” and the Witcher-themed items are now available on all platforms where the game is played.
