Those familiar with “The Mod” ALC + GPU combo should be familiar with what quick benefits the quick jury-rigging trick offers. For those not familiar “The Mod” is a reference to the use of closed-loop liquid coolers to replace the heatsinks on GPUs. Many have pulled off this mod with nothing zipties, including us here in B2G, but those seeking more pleasing aesthetics have looked into far more advanced methods to make “The Mod” look good.
NZXT earlier this year demonstrated a GPU bracket that can fit most modern graphic cards, utilizing any Asetek-based closed-loop liquid coolers (like the companies own Kraken line) to cool the GPU with an extended fan cooling the VRM area. The wait is now over as NZXT has just officially released the Kraken G10 universal GPU bracket.

Steel Bracket Fits Most Coolers
Made entirely of steel, the Kraken G10’s bracket lets users mount NZXT Kraken coolers as well as many non-NZXT liquid coolers to their GPUs with ease. Included with the bracket is a 92mm fan used to cool video card components.

A Clean Look
The Kraken G10 also includes zip-tie points to hide tubing behind its slick exterior to ensure the video card looks just as amazing as it performs. The mount in the kit comes in black, white or red.
