Features not included:
- No HDMI 2.1 support, which limits future-proofing with newer consoles and GPUs.
- HDR capability is not supported, impacting users looking for vibrant HDR content.
- Fixed stand without panning motion, affecting versatility in screen positioning.
The Lenovo G24-20’s drop in price point does not overshadow its practicality for high-refresh-rate gaming. While it may lack certain features like HDMI 2.1 and HDR, its core competencies remain competitive despite the advent of 180hz native monitors. As of January 2024, I stand by my recommendation of this monitor. It continues to serve as an exemplary gaming screen, and now my kid brother can attest to its reliability and performance as its been his daily driver since.
